Oyster Dinner at Mine Oyster, Boothbay Harbor, 6:30 Wednesday Night

On Wednesday I’ll be at Mine Oyster, one of my all-time favorite oyster eateries, for its second annual oyster extravaganza. This one will celebrate the briny bivalve of Maine in all its glories, or six courses of them, anyway. We’ll try Nonesuches and Taunton Bays and Winter Points and, of course, Pemaquids and Glidden Points, Boothbay’s home oysters. The wines, as usual, will be spot-on. Here’s the menu:
